I am trying to migrate my AE tokens using mew. However, once I click on ‘proceed with MEW’ a new tab opens up of vintage MEW. When I click on ‘MEW connect’ a QR code appears and I log into my MEW app on my phone and click ‘scan to connect’ it tries to connect but nothing happens and then my app says ‘try again’. I have done this several times and it will not connect and I do not know what to do?

Hey, do you have the possibility to use the other option, not relying on MEW ? They unfortunately changed a few things, and they don’t run as smoothly as they have used to. We’re trying to figure out how to support NEW again though.

I’m unable to migrate my AE tokens from MEW.

The error that is returned is:
Insufficient funds. The account you tried to send a transaction from does not have enough funds. Required 12300000000000000 and got: 0.

The vintage subdomain is loaded properly and no issues are shown when I check the payload data.
I bought the tokens with BTC if that is important.

Should I transfer some ETH to the wallet for processing this migration or I miss something else?

Hey, indeed, your ETH wallet needs some ETH to migrate the tokens. Something below 0.01 should be way more than enough, I will check again a little later this day again though and post again.

You’ve migrated 800 AE in Phase 3 - that means that your balance will be updated after the hardfork in September and you’ll see your tokens then :slight_smile:

As September nears I am just getting an update on whether or not there will be any relief for those who lost their token in the initial phase? I have about 4000 AE riding on it, I really hope you guys will be able to figure something. Thanks again,

I made a mistake and used the wrong BTC sent from address with my BTC key and it gave a derived ETH address. Then when I try again using the correct sent from address the live key converter does nothing. What can I do now???

Ok the clipboard was putting in the key from the wrong address. Now I used the right key and created MEW acct & my AE tokens are there. But it’s 3 minutes past 9:00 CEST.

Finally completed mainnet transfer at 9:19 CEST. What happens if I’m late???
