I think…

Erlang language is based simultaneity. So if the benchmark which is used in the result table only tested the sequence routine such as calculating factorial, it is able to get low speed and high memory usage.
And Erlang is oriented toward real-time. So… if a workload needs to use much more memory, Erlang uses much memory for meet the deadline.
