BTC + ETH + AET = doesn’t fit 
Yes, the Ledger is very limited in terms of space for apps. It is really annoying! What you can do is to install the AE app, create an account and then use it to store the larger part of your AE tokens. Use the Base aepp as a hot wallet with a small amount on it.
