Some one who can speak over 10 Languages including German, French.
We shared a lot about aeternity blockchain, hiw it is solving the current problems in blockchain and will be in touch with him to see what he can help within his community

One of the participants Mr. Kafuluki gave his view about the police unit. He talked about how most valued people pay to high officers to be released without serving their punishment, talked about Uganda’s Traffics Control systems, we have road safety notes but not all people observe these notes and cautions and they end up bribing traffic officers on the roads
He suggested if having a control police system that would rectify all such issues, maybe some where a road cameras to automatically detect someone who is over speeding, careless driving and fine him/here directly send the fines to his mobile number and let him be charged of the exact amount not necessarily having these traffic officers on the roads.
Usually the government loses most of the road fines to be paid by careless drivers since Traffic officers usually settle such cases when they are given little payments along these roads.

So you could avoid police corruption through automatic fines? How can the police know the drivers phone number?

Yes it would, On car registration, car owners are usually required to register with their phone numbers
