Why mining guide only cpu (no amd gpu miner program?)

as clearly stated in the title,

why is the only mining guide for CPU mining,
also there is a nvidia CUDA miner (no guide),
but no AMD miner (program doesn’t even exist),

WHERE IS THE AMD MINER ???
WHY NO AMD MINER ???

There is a simple CUDA mining guide:

Theoretically, AMD GPU can solve cuckoo cycle, but nobody write it, only CUDA samples.
