Thanks @bruteforce.chain

Hey @bruteforce.chain are we expecting update on the waellet extension for the AE tokens support next week?

We still have some issues with AES - most important AES transfers and other small things added in github as issues.

People that have minted some AES cannot transfer them to other addresses.

Thank you in advance

Yes, we are investigating the issues on waellet side.

Hey, guys.

Here we have a brief intro video to AES.
How does it work, Why are we building it and potential use cases.

You can share it with everyone in the AE community who is interested and mint some AES

I do not see any movement around AES.

Do you think that we should continue and add AES/AE, AES/DAI pair in JellySwap.

If no one from the community finds it useful and is not interested, we are not going to put any more efforts.

Give us your feedback and tell us the truth.

This is a community project we cannot progress by our own - thats not the idea and looks impossible…

The launch and growth of AES is important to me, I am working on a commercial project in which I aspire to use AES as the main currency, please go ahead.

AES transfering can be watched at aeknow, such as:https://www.aeknow.org/block/transaction/th_VaiSwAuw7pf7pYAcjAhZxof7ABZFAVRboeStkcQMtfNf4n3MM

@tima_t Many applications are on the way, please keep developing. Stablecoins are very important for AE, and I believe AES will be used in large quantities in the near future.

I also believe that it is important, but if no one is minting AES, then we cannot use it in the AE ecosystem.
We need more integrations and liquidity, but this is not something that JellySwap team can do by their own.

We should do something together or AES is going to die pretty soon like many other projects, that are not used and supported by the community or AE Foundation.

hey milen, is it possible to use aes with waellet? thinking of which address to use when minting aes, i’d like to have them minted to somewhere from where i will be able to easily transfer them later on

Should be possible. There were some issues with waellet which we resolved already.

@tima_t can confirm about the address of the token.

yep, in the aes explainer vid they used add a custom token in waellet, and aes contract address is visible on https://aes.jelly.market/ as ct_pqfbS94uUpE8reSwgtaAy5odGi7cPRMAxbjMyEzpTGqwTWyn5

sent 2 dai, https://etherscan.io/tx/0xdd6c6110f18bf544595a4a4ddcacb104610289dc28c2c53814231c5af0e7c977
https://aes.jelly.market/ shows 237 dai, but still 235 aes, any ideas?

The minting is done once a day from recently, since the token is not used actively. If the project begin to gain some traction, we will enable the live minting once more.

I have tried it a few minutes ago.

Works well on Waellet version 0.5.5 beta + chrome browser.

I’ve added AES to my wallet and transfered it to another address
