Recently, there have been cases of unusually slow packaging of microblocks.
Sometimes it goes on for hours without finding anything unusual, while other times it takes minutes or even tens of minutes.
JS SDK 8.1 ES Sends Transfer Get Return Hash needs to be packed with microblocks to get it, I often get stuck in this step for a few minutes in the last three days.

No, it has nothing to do with individual transactions - it is about how micro blocks (collections of tx’s) are put together and how tx’s are selected for micro block inclusion.
This should be fixed now: last night we released 6.1.0 that addresses the issue. Since miners upgraded, we are back to normal operations now.
