Aegora released!

Aegora.jp is a person-to-person marketplace that handles the stages of an online sale via smart contracts. You can post sales and people can buy your things (and rate sellers, and so on, as you would expect from a minimal sales site).

URL: https://aegora.jp
Testnet site: https://testnet.aegora.jp

I made a (horrible) video that demonstrates the basic functionality of the site here:
Odysee: Aegora.jp: CRYPTO? OMG! Buy REAL THINGS with CRYPTO NOW?!?
YouTube: Aegora.jp: CRYPTO? OMG! Buy REAL THINGS with CRYPTO NOW?!? - YouTube

Changes to the site will be ongoing, along with several planned features that will be on the way as soon as we are certain they work the intended way (buyer solicitations “please, someone, sell me X”, store fronts “sell inventory X of product Y at price Z”, online auctions, escrow “payment on proof of delivery” contracts, an AE-based gig work site, etc.).

I’ll do a more complete writeup that explains exactly how the different contract states, revocations, refunds, etc. all work and post it here soon.

Have fun selling things!

thanks for publishing such a detailed video! looking forward to see how that evolves. I think kind of a decentralized reputation system could evolve out of this somehow

did you report your findings in regards to Superhero Wallet via the typeform?

I did just now. I also recommended interface translation options. I’m not sure where to go about doing that, but I would certainly be interested in providing a Japanese interface translation.
