Thanks for the constructive post! I think everybody here wants to see æternity becoming a success and I agree that we are currently at a point where we need a change in the way we work and communicate together.
The project definitely is not dead and not being able to exchange AE is not the only problem we have. Personally I hope to get the community more encouraged in general instead of having always the same complaints about exchange support (which of course is an important topic that can’t be ignored!).
PS:
Please try to communicate in English in this forum. It is always difficult for everybody to interprete these posts easily. We always need to translate from Chinese to English. I think many people ignore such (great) posts just because of this fact.
If it is only addressed to the Chinese community than please tag the thread accordingly
well, I think if the community makes reasonable suggestions for improvements there is always the possibility that this will be treated as advice to improve certain things.
Things are generally not complicated. The problem is the communication between the community and the team. Because of communication problems, the mutual trust between the community and the team deviates, forming a crisis of trust, which is very terrible.
In fact, the community is very chaotic now, because chaos has caused many problems, such as information asymmetry and lies. Solving this problem is not difficult. I want to get official authorization to re-establish a new community, of course he is not an official forum. I want to communicate with the team for specific internal plans.
