Using an aepp in the base wallet aepp browser is always interrupted by accidentally reloading the aepp page.
I just checked MetaMask mobile and they also disabled page reloading when dragging town a page
Is there a fix for this for the base aepp too?

What do you mean by accidentally reloading? How do you trigger this reloading? 
dragging down the screen in the base app browser
edit: open the graffiti app in the base app and then drag down the page and then the graffiti app will reload
I cannot reproduce this in iOS. I am assuming you are experiencing this in Android? In Chrome or in the Android app?
