Thprevious team members had no faith in ae, so the vast majority of them were only after money rather than ideals. I suggest that the team and the funders take out some of the remaining ae members. When the ae development goals or price targets are achieved, provide the contributors in the community. Among them, this part of the reward ae can be locked. For example, 0.1U of AE can unlock 30%, 1u can unlock 70%, and 10u can unlock 100%. 刚看了btc15年起伏，ae出来也快10年了，这期间很多领着工资的团队开发人员来了又走，因为—“没钱就没工作”；但是还有社区一直在默默支持ae-有坚定持有，有无私开发，有到处传播。随着基金会的解散，似乎整个ae团队也放弃了，没有钱就没有人为ae工作；团队领导者也消失了；但我想说 社区还没放弃，在此我想提议 几点 1、能否把推特交给社区来运营，并由ae基金会改名为ae社区 2、之前的团队人员对ae没有信仰，因此他们中绝大多数只是为了钱而不是理想，我建议团队和资助者把剩余ae中的一部分拿出来，当达成ae开发目标或者价格目标的时候，给到社区中的贡献者。其中，这部分奖励ae可以锁仓，比如ae0.1u解锁30%部分，1u解锁70% ，10u解锁100%；以此激励社区贡献者持续工作；从而实现基金会所说的社区接管（1-2年内）
