Docker-image for the middleware-frontend

@jsnewby is it planned to provide an official docker-image for the middleware-frontend?

@philipp.chain actually i think we talked about providing a single docker-compose that can run mdw and frontend together. and that was done.
but if people want the image of the frontend on docker hub we can do that too.

@marco.chain can you open a github issue for this.

the docker-compose I found is building the frontend from scratch without any relationship to the released version. at least the frontend didn’t exist in the latest release.

I would prefer an image that can be used out of the box without relying on building it separately
