Summary
This is an event proposal set to organize a local SuperheroLeague aimed at discussing the intricacies of getting started with a blockchain startup, all the individual or team need to know in initiating and successfully starting and launching a Blockchain startup. This is important to have in the midst of a global growth and adoption of Blockchain technology and the need to have more ideas and use cases go live in the Blockchain space and possibly on the aeternity Blockchain.

Success Oganiru is a Blockchain educator, an aeternity ambassador from Nigeria currently the aeternity lead Benin City Nigeria. He has succesfully grown a good reach for aeternity locally and in Africa and still serves. He is also a digital skill trainer for google digital skills for Africa.
FORMAT OF DISCUSSION
The first session will comprise of :
• A welcome note and introduction of speakers.
• A keynote of the importance of the event.
• A talk on the Human Defi Hackathon.
• An introduction to superhero.com.
• A discussion on the need for startups in an emerging Decentralized world.
Second session A practical session of the event with keynote speaker @Vikram 50 mins
@Vikram Anand Bhushan is the co-founder of Hypermine, a Bangalore based company working on Identity and distributed ledger technology.
Vikram has around 7 years experience as software developer. He area of focus are fullstack development and product management.
Since beginning of his career always been involved in startups, his first job was to help a Canadian company setup tech team in India.
Later he worked for many different startups before starting Hypermine.
On weekends he plays drums for some local band.

FORMAT OF DISCUSSION
The session will focus on the core of event discussion with the co founder of hypersign @Vikram who will take us through the blueprint of running a succesful startup.

• Understanding, defining and maximizing the SWOT of a startup.

Third session a developer session on choosing a suitable open source for a Blockchain startup by @emmanueljet20minutes
Emmanuel Joseph(JET) is a full-stack web developer that is in love with community building. He is ækiti Lead and æmbassador. He makes use of Google and æternity technologies for developing web apps. He led the ækiti DevStudyJæm workshop series that introduced and taught æternity technologies in Ekiti State, Nigeria.

The session will anchor of working with aeternity as a suitable open source for startups with talks on :
• What is open source.
• The usefulness of open source of Blockchain startups.
• Identifying a suitable open source for a Blockchain startup.
• open source with aeternity, how to get started and succesfully build on aeternity.
• lots more.
QUESTION AND ANSWER SESSION OF 10MIMUTES
The session will be an open discussion of the event to take questions and answers and an open floor discussion for contribution on the topic.
Superhero bounty giveaway
TIP FORMAT AND FORM OF PARTICIPATION
The superhero tip will take a form of tipping newly created accounts of participants who will share in a bounty of 300 AE.
• participants must be a newly created superhero account not older than 42 hours
• Must tweet on what was learned after the event using Twitter.com.
• Must retweet two or more tweets of the ongoing human Defi hackathon tweets.
This is to enable all participants benefit a tip of participation, there would no contest per say but a tip to participants of the event on undergo this above social media task.
