How to move AE from Binance and OKEX to BitMart

Both of them say address failure when trying to move to BitMart. I assume this is to do with the different type of coins as in ERC20 and Mainnet.
Can they be converted to be moved or is this not possible?

Hey @World-of-Crypto, the ERC20 AE token is no longer transferable.
You should talk to BitMart directly - they may not support the Mainnet token yet.
