If a large number of projects in the future use hyperchains and most of them use Bitcoin as the parent chain, will it bring congestion or other unknown unsafe factors to Bitcoin’s network?

Not looking at it from a tech perspective too much, but I think with the size of the Bitcoin network and the fact that only a selected part of the data would need to be on the parent chain, that should not be a big issue for a long time. Also, when it would get to that point, rewards for supporters on btcoin network and also technical inovation would solve that, I guess
