As part of the alliance established between Aeternity and the UNETI (Universidad Nacional Experimental de Telecomunicaciones e Informatica) we started a 10 Module program to teach the use and features of the aeternity platform. Since day 1 after giving an overview of how state channels and oracles work, we asked students to think about possible uses for this technology in their surroundings, at home, at work or even where they study. The idea is that with every class given they have to integrate what they learn to the development of their project idea so at the end of the learning cycle they have an MVP.
We will explain all programming elements with examples, from downloading and installing the development environment to testing their idea on the test net.
First classes focus on the understanding and applicability of key elements such as state channels, Oracles & Naming system.
Afterward, we assist them through the use of Dacade.org and encourage them to try different courses making emphasis on Aeternity Development 101.
The second half of the cycle consists of guiding them on how to use what they have learned on their particular projects.

Our aembassador Marco Gomez dictated the second class this past Monday and already introduced the contract editor so students could start mingling around. We’ll have a set of new projects presented in January 2020.
