Check this table here - both UUpool and F2pool offer mining on Linux.

Sadly both UUpool and F2pool asks you to install a linux distribution which means replacing your OS for another version.

I have not spent the time to see if I can get the binaries out of it but it would be a good exercise

I managed to extract the software from mineros in both AMD and nVidia flavors in the same tbz file.
