My name is Yip, I’m CEo and founder of J3D.AI (Jedi), the Decentralized Global Brain. I have contributed to / co-founded many of the relevant Web3 women communities, e.g., H.E.R. DAO, DLT Talents (with Frankfurt School Blockchain Center), organized women-focussed hackathons in Web3, and hosted many conferences in the Web3 space. I have in 2021 organized the Crypto Ski Week in St Moritz with participation by some of the Aeternity Community’s members. The focus was to provide deep networking between different actors in the Web3, Crypto scene. I am a winner of the ETHDenver hackathon 2022.

Value Application
This summit & unconference retreat will be the 3.5 days and 3 night platform for 100 women and non-women to join their brains and discuss the applications of AI and Web3 to fields such as Longevity, and Sustainability. We will host this at the Crypto-Castle in Germany, which is already known among the Aeternity Community as a fortress of wisdom sharing for the community. Our purpose is to connecting the dots between the core and the periphery, as in – those, who have not yet been in touch with Aeternity will have the opportunity to meet, inspire, and engage with those who can share more about this ecosystem. In particular are we attracting female technical talents, and those who are vocal in shaping decentralized ecosystems!
What will become better thanks to this Project is that the very widespread community of thought leaders (in particular female thought leaders) in the space will be connected and can bring their wonderful brains together to solve challenges that require interdisciplinary collaboration across disciplines. E.G., tackling Women Health in a smart way across borders requires the Health experts, the AI experts, and the Web3 community to work together. Building beneficial AGI projects requires experts from Ethics, Sociology, Consciousness to work together with experts in Decentralization and AI.
Aeternity has a very solid tech stack that we would love our community to work with; but the first step is awareness & education. We have been working with members of AEcommunity to tackle this address, and e.g., aeLabs members have provided mentorship in our SystAIn3r Hackathon last year!
A successful contribution of our project would be that 1) top leaders from our community know what Aeternity stands for, and how to use it; 2) they can bring this knowledge back to their companies, communities to investigate further collaboration & to develop for the ecosystem; 3) there are tangible projects that result out of these; 4) some of the SystAIn3r community becomes Aeternity Ambassador; will stay in the community and host more events!

What exactly are we talking about? Please describe your project.
Status Quo
The problem is that most of our economic value in today’s society is created by tech industry. This is not going to change over the next decades. We even are now in a time of double exponential growth curve of technological development – meaning that the technological progress grows exponentially.
The big problem is that women are NOT participating equally in these tech domains yet. If we assume the growth, and women are not contributing… guess who earns economically from the upside of the technological progress? (Non-women).
We believe that with Web3 and decentralization, there is a solid economic and technological means for democratization of ownership in the digital economy; and that there are massive opportunities for women to participate in this movement, if they onboard fast, and become contributors and owners in the tokenized digital economy.
We think also that AI, and in particular human-level AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) should not be owned by centralized entities. Therefore, we believe in decentralized AI and would love to create the platform for women and non-women in the SystAIn3r Community to learn about these opportunities; to shape them collaboratively; to find them collaboratively.
Finally, we believe that if the Singularity happens in due course, as predicted by futurists like Ray Kurzweil, and we might face a world in which a vast majority of knowledge workers would not need to pursue their mundane tasks any more … we would need to reconsider how we use our human intelligence in our everyday lives. We can free up resources to tackle critical and complex challenges, like the SDG16 or climate change, space exploration, eradicating preventable diseases. This is where longevity, consciousness, and sustainability comes in.
Overall, in SystAIn3r, we want to invite the world’s leading 20-25 women and non-women, researchers, practitioners, builders, developers, regulators, influencers in each of our 4 key verticals to put their brains together, and to co-create wisdom and collaboration in a way unseen before. We’d love to build this together with Aeternity!
At the moment we have preliminary secured the Venue to host our Summit & Retreat with great support of the Aeternity Community. It shall take place in the CryptoCastle Germany if we can secure the funding, as this venue was super supportive to our request and amidst our bootstrapped resources to block the dates tentatively for us.
We have also finalized the programming for the 3.5 day event; and we have already confirmed a few startups that will pitch; a few speakers; and we have started to reach out to potential sponsors. We already have a few registrations to the event!

Securing the Venue for the Summit & Conference (we have, on 27th of March 2024, inspected the castle in person, and planned out the activities with the castle team)

Launching a participant & speakers recruiting campaign (it’s not that easy to find 100 women and non-women to join the Summit if we don’t bring in concentrated recruiting efforts)
→ We have started a roadshow with meetups to explain more about the retreat, and we have had 20+ attendees at the first community meetup in Berlin, 26th of March.
- Recruiting startups that will showcase their projects during the summit
We have already recruited 2 startups that will share their project at the summit.
- Staffing the team that successfully delivers the project and makes the event a not to forget memorable milestone in the history of Women in Tech
We are now a core team of 5, and will recruit more support for PR; branding.

Known Limitations
Will everything work as expected to solve the original problem?
… this is a new concept, a hybrid Summit & Retreat; with communities that are interdiscplinary. However, we are confident to be able to weave the brains together in a smooth way given our previous experience of hosting hackerhouses, retreats, conferences, and our team attending more than 100 conferences in the past, we are confident we can make this a most memorizable event.
Outlook
What happens after this project is completed?
There will be a report and an interactive reporting system for the Aeternity community and the rest of the world to learn from our discussions and our insights. We have delivered this post-conference reporting for the SingularityNET community event named “Beneficial AGI Summit Panama” in January 2024.

Blogs are already, live, and we have reached out to members of the Aeternity Community, e.g., founder Yanislav Malahov for sharing his insights on our blog. We have invited media like Cointelegraph, BTC-Echo to join the retreat and are in discussions for deeper partnership opportunities.
We are at the moment also putting together a podcast planning, to see if we will get the resources together to launch a SystAIn3r Podcast CryptoCastle Edition, reporting about this project funded by Aeternity Foundation.
