The full node can be run in Windows now, it’s much easier for many users and developers.

Maybe there is still some hidden issues in Windows, as I mentioned just now:

The full node could not run directly in my new Windows Server 2008 and no error showed. I traced the scripts of AE, and found the reason: MSVCR120.dll is missed for werl console. So, just download and install vcredist_x64.exe from: https://www.microsoft.com/zh-cn/download/confirmation.aspx?id=40784 Syncing data now.
