Im not very familiarized with Angular, but there is a project that has a scaffold for daepps in angular GitHub - aeternity/aepp-aeproject-shape-angular. I have not tested yet, however its architecture is similar to the MemeVote project of this topic, that means that it has an identity (the Wallet object) provider and the daepp (the Aepp object).
