Can files(pdf, images,videos, etc) be uploaded on the Aeternity Blockchain ???

it is generally not the best idea to upload files to the blockchain. you should probably take a look at https://ipfs.io/
e.g. you can store files on IPFS and then refer to them on the blockchain
