[VIDEO] How to access your non-transferable ERC-20 AE token on aeternity Mainnet (LIMA)

@martingrigorov.chain can you help here?

Hi there,
I went through the migration process today and received a success message, however the transaction on the aeternity chain appears to have a block height of -1 and no tokens appeared in my account.

Please advise on what I should do next!
Thanks for assisting everyone.

edit:
It appears to have just taken a few hours to appear on the network, false alarm sorry! Thanks for the quick responses though, much appreciated.

Hey @AJ182 We’ll need your ETH and AE addresses in order to investigate. Thanks

Hey can you share a bit more information on your migration. Can you share your ETH and AE address. Are you trying to migrate using ledger?

Best,
Martin

Hey you also share the transaction hash on the migration transaction. You should be able to see it from the migration web page.

Best,
Martin

False alarm sorry, just took a few hours to appear.
Thanks for the quick response!

Yes, trying to use ledger.

How can I PM you the details?

All of the details that I am requesting are public and can’t harm your tokens or wallets.

I need the AE account that you are trying to send to, the ETH address from which you want to migrate the tokens. If possible you can share with me the signature object from the migration with MEW. This is the object that you are copying from the MEW web page into the migration web page.

Thanks,
Martin

This time it worked and the transaction has completed successfully, yet the coins still have not appeared in the mainnet address.

How many confirmations are required before the coins will be added to the balance?

Hey,

Glad to hear that you are successful with the migration. You should have the tx hash for the migration transaction. You can check the status of the transaction here: https://mainnet.aeternal.io/.

If you need some support, send me the eth address, ae address and the tx hash.

Best,
Martin

Here is the transaction:

Nothing was deposited to the address yet:

Hello everyone

Сan I get help here?

I sent my tokens to the contract address 0x5ca9a71b1d01849c0a95490cc00559717fcf0d1d during the 3rd migration stage

How can I access them?

Hey @Foxy.Pentarh, yes,

We will need your ETH and AE addresses to investigate.

Best,
Albena

@albena.chain No problem

@martingrigorov.chain will get back to you :wink:

Hey,

You should be able to migrate your tokens to your AE account now.

You just need to follow the instructions on the new and final migration web page: æternity Token Migration

If you need any further help, you can post here in the forum.

Best,
Martin

Hey syrenity,

THanks for the provided information. I will now investigate and will come back to you.
At first glance everything seems right and you should have the tokens in your account.

Martin

@martingrigorov.chain @syrenity

The transaction was processed in generation 203729 so let’s confirm that the balance of the account changed there:

(aeternity@localhost)18> {ok, PK} = aeser_api_encoder:safe_decode(account_pubkey, <<"ak_YDei56uJKiVyTZBpDQ2V8kZW4w38FQinaEurWUA2WPh1GQjGB">>).
{ok,<<70,226,112,115,102,158,201,173,45,243,85,224,76,32,
      50,47,70,152,150,60,108,95,230,98,89,27,127,...>>}
(aeternity@localhost)19> B1 = aec_accounts:balance(element(2, aec_chain:get_account_at_height(PK, 203729))).
146742774892120000000000
(aeternity@localhost)20> B2 = aec_accounts:balance(element(2, aec_chain:get_account_at_height(PK, 203730))).
224992774892120000000000
(aeternity@localhost)21> (B2 - B1) / 1000000000000000000.
78250.0

So it looks like 78250 tokens were moved into the account.
